Projects

Education designed with communities, for communities.

Chesed Education Fund

Through this project, we help remove financial barriers that prevent children and young people from staying in school and reaching their full potential.

Chesed Hope on Wheels

Access to books and technology should not depend on location. Books & Tech on the Move delivers portable learning boxes filled with books and laptops to schools and communities without libraries or digital tools. This program is targeted at bridging critical resource gaps and open new pathways for curiosity, confidence, and academic growth.

Girls Education & Empowerment

We are committed to helping girls not only access education, but grow into confident leaders with choices and possibilities for the future. This program helps girls remain in school and thrive through access to learning materials, mentorship, life-skills development, and empowerment opportunities.

Chesed WASH for Hope

Children learn better when they have access to clean water, safe sanitation, and hygiene facilities. Our WASH Program helps improve school environments through clean water systems, functional toilets, handwashing stations, and hygiene education. By reducing illness and absenteeism, especially among girls, this program helps schools become safer, healthier, and more supportive places to learn.

Chesed School of Hope

Quality education begins with quality learning environments. This program focuses on constructing new schools and renovating damaged or inadequate classrooms in underserved communities. By improving safety, comfort, and functionality, from roofs and flooring to furniture, lighting, and ventilation, we help create child-friendly spaces where children can learn consistently and communities can take pride in their schools.

Ghana

Chesed Bag of Hope

The School in a Bag Project equips children with age-appropriate school bags filled with the essential learning materials they need for a school term or full academic year. Each bag is prepared to match a child’s grade level and support confidence in the classroom.
