Across many underserved communities, girls face barriers to education that go beyond the classroom. Poverty, early marriage, cultural expectations, household responsibilities, and limited access to learning materials can all affect whether a girl is able to stay in school and succeed.

Even when girls are enrolled, they may lack the support systems, resources, or confidence needed to continue their education. For some, something as basic as the cost of school materials or access to menstrual hygiene products can become a reason to miss school repeatedly or fall behind.

When girls are denied consistent access to education, the impact reaches far beyond the present. It limits confidence, opportunity, and future choices. At Chesed Diary, we believe every girl deserves the chance not only to attend school, but to thrive there.
